Tatame0 is an all-in-one gym management application specifically engineered for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and martial arts academies. It replaces paper sign-in sheets, complex spreadsheets, and bloated legacy gym software with a focused, front-desk and on-the-mat tablet interface.

- **Focused iOS Apps**: Tatame0 Owner gives gym owners a dashboard for students, classes, check-ins, and promotions. Tatame0 Check-in is a mat-side iPad roster. Tatame0 Member gives members and guardians access to membership details and payment history on iPhone.
- **Automated Belt & Stripe Progression**: Attendance feeds directly into belt and stripe tracking. Calculates classes required for the next promotion. Includes gamified progress bars particularly beloved by kids and parents.
- **Class Scheduling & Attendance**: Single-active-class schedule prevents double bookings and keeps mat attendance simple.
- **Role-Based Access**: Dedicated views for gym owners, instructors, and guardians/members.
- **Guardian & Member Access**: Self-service student intake, waiver capture, and member portals.

- **No Card Required**: There is no platform subscription, setup fee, or per-student tier.
- **Optional tuition collection**: Parents pay by Canadian bank debit (PAD) or card into the gym's own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). Stripe bills the gym its standard rates directly; Tatame0's fee is 1%, capped at CA$199 per gym per month. On a CA$120 monthly payment by bank debit the all-in cost is about 3.0% (CA$3.64); by card about 4.85%.
